Why Masterclasses Could Turn a Lifetime of Experience Into a Resource for Society We spend a great deal of time talking about the next generation. How do we educate young people? How do we prepare them for a rapidly changing world? How do we give them opportunities, networks, confidence and access? These are important questions. But perhaps there is another question we should be asking at exactly the same time: What are we doing with the extraordinary knowledge of the generations that came...

We have never been more connected. So why do so many people still stand outside the rooms where knowledge, opportunity and decisions are shared? Mario Diel, Founder and Chairman of Salvator Mundi Global, argues that the defining inequality of our time is access, and that leaders must build more doors and have the courage to open them.

The roadmap previous generations followed is gone. Mario Diel, Founder and Chairman of Salvator Mundi Global, argues that the answer is not to keep talking about young people but to give them a real seat at the table, and invites students and young talents to the Salvator Mundi Café on Sunday, 20 September, to tell us what they refuse to accept.
