Who we are
Salvator Mundi Global is an independent platform for ethical governance that brings statesmen, scholars, diplomats, religious authorities and entrepreneurs into a single ecosystem. Unbound by political agendas, corporate interests or ideological constraint, it exists to guide institutions toward decisions that genuinely serve humanity — in effect, a global council acting as a Board of Ethics for the world.
Why we exist
We exist because the world is not fair. Across nations, institutions and systems, too many decisions are still driven by power rather than human dignity. Our purpose is to restore fairness to how the world is led, governed and served — to measure leadership not by wealth or influence, but by its commitment to human-centred values.
How we work
We convene. Our work rests on three commitments: human-centred ethics that place people before politics or profit; transparent decision-making that earns trust through openness; and responsible leadership standards that raise the bar across every sector. Our distinctive strength is independence — the freedom to speak truth to power and to offer not just advice, but frameworks that change how institutions operate.

Salvator Mundi Times is the editorial voice of Salvator Mundi Global — where the councils' insight, perspective and analysis reach the world, and where our values become a public record.
We are building the institution we believe the century needs: one where the people who shape the world — in government, business, science and faith — are held to a common standard of conscience. Salvator Mundi Global exists to make ethical leadership the norm rather than the exception, and to leave behind systems that serve people long after any single leader has gone.

Mario Diel
A global entrepreneur, Mario Diel has spent more than three decades building businesses across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa. Over that time he has founded, led or chaired multiple companies spanning energy, construction, fintech, education, hospitality and tourism, real estate, sport, health and technology. He is Chairman and Founder of Salvator Mundi Global Limited and serves as Publisher of Salvator Mundi Times. A visiting professor who has lectured on entrepreneurship at universities across Europe and Asia for over a decade, he convenes a global network reaching governments, corporations, scholars, scientists and spiritual leaders. In founding Salvator Mundi Global, he set out to turn a lifetime of building enterprises into building something larger — a platform where leadership is measured by service to human dignity.

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVER OFFICER
Björn Söderberg
Based in Bangkok, Björn Söderberg is a Swedish leader whose career spans the military, technology and global humanitarian work. He began in the Swedish Armed Forces (1978–1997), serving as a Battalion Commander and as a UN Observer and Team Commander with the Observation Group Lebanon. He then moved into technology, holding senior roles at Digital Equipment, Compaq and HP, where he built early wireless and mobile solutions — from networks across Nordic hotels to the mobile system for the Swedish Riksdag. As a founder he built companies including Kiwok and MedKom, whose BodyKom remote ECG monitor won the Itanium Innovation Award and Best Mobile Solution at SIME. His work in international development and healthcare includes the telemedicine venture MyHealth24Seven and the Shifo Foundation, which vaccinates children across Africa and Afghanistan. Today he also serves as a Global Ambassador for the United Nations Peace Ambassador Foundation. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Salvator Mundi Global, he brings that rare blend of discipline, technology and humanitarian purpose to the work of building institutions the world can trust.

Shlomi Selim "Sally" Benbasat
An entrepreneur at heart based in Istanbul, Sally Benbasat has spent his career founding, backing and building companies at every stage of maturity across a striking range of industries — among them chemicals, telecoms, engineering, oil, gas and energy, carbon emissions and water, infrastructure, enterprise software, digital media and hospitality. He studied Private Equity & Venture Capital and Executive Business Administration at Harvard University, holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, Finance, HR and Accounting from Middlesex University — completed in two years through summer semesters at Baruch College in New York — and trained as a systems analyst and IT project manager. A co-founder of Salvator Mundi Global, he serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Editor of Salvator Mundi Times, turning the councils' thinking into a public voice — ensuring the platform's ideas reach the world with clarity, credibility and conviction.
